Yet again we benefited long balls and again Dudu proved his predatory instinct in front of goal. Hats off to our Perak man ' ade bayor ' whom scored for a very x5 tight angle. As for now im glad that we have plan B which is working well for us.

I still cannot figure out how Ade's ball spun around...well luck comes with
your effort...he did a great deal to win the ball and chase it.
Dudu is cool as a cucumber in front of the goal...lets hope he gives Ade
company in getting in the goals till Persie is back :)
Fabregas and Rosicky need to wear the shooting boots again...

When Adebayor is alone...he is...not good enough. But when there is someone else to support him....

He scores such tricky goals.

I didn't really enjoy watching him do those party flicks last night though. Made Rosicky run lost causes...Kesian..

What a goal by Dudu....A potent striker!

Dear gonners
It was a wonderful result beating the one of the most physical teams...the hammers....
The best part is we won without playing well and not our normal game..That surprises most of us beginning from the Everton game.
I have a few question marks over the competency of Hoyte who nearly gave a way 2 goals.
Does he suite our game? or is he rusty? Is it time to offload him?
Would Diarra make a better right back than Hoyte?
Another thing is Eboue a winger or a right side midfield?

I think Diarra would make a btter right back than hoyte, but Sagna would
be my first choice. Question is, would Diarra be professional enough to
be 2nd choice right back ? I think Hoyte would be...

personally, it's too early to think about offloading hoyte...how many games has he played in this season?

eboue winger or right side midfield? doesnt matter, both positions are interchangeable or some wud even say basically, it's the same...

You don't have to figure it out. It's actually very simple physics...

When the ball was moving forward at that speed...forward, then with a simple tap of Ade's left foot, makes the ball spin in a left to right direction. notice how he just tapped it?

As the ball still had some remnants of the force put into it earlier, a bounce on the pitch/grass, would cause it to change it's spin again.

In technical terms, When a ball is spinning in a 90 degree angle, combined with a soft tap on the 0/180 degree angle, you get a combination of 45/135 degree spin, resulting the ball to move towards goal but at the far post.

If you think i'm speaking rubbish, it doesn't matter, because what does, is that Ade scored a winning goal to kill off the game! 12 Goals and counting.. 20 seems possible now!

Ya, now Wenger has various types of strikers, so when he mixes them, different and unpredictable results will come.

Right, too technical. A goal is a goal.

Anyway, it reminds me of a bloke called Henry's goal in a Nike Joga Bonito advertisement, when he scored from similarly impossible angle in a street soccer game, I mean it is very good.
Maybe he just guided the ball towards the goal and with a big slice of luck it evaded both defenders and had a perfect spin to bounce in.
It really is a fine and important goal that demands repeated watchings.

Eduardo is really a typical Wenger signing, virtually unknown, non-flashy and humble player. Deadly when given the chance.

On another note, anyone reading today's The Sun?
James Lawton blasted Fabregas for his "play-acting" that got Mikel Arteta sent off at Goodison Park during the weekend.
These people are so fast criticizing Arsenal players/manager whenever there was a slight opening.
When other players (big or small club) did the same, it didnt get as much airtime. Think Ronaldo, Joe Cole bla bla
I do think that Fab over-reacted a bit after the arm brushing on his face but the ref who is nearby decided it is worth a red.
This is a sign of envy and Arsenal is doing the right thing.

JJ

Currently there none as previously we had bad experience where irresponsible people posted not so nice things in the shout box and it became out of control.

Anyway its a good suggestion and will take into consideration.
