Dear Choong,

I have been rather silent and tolerating your comments thus far, even if I
did not agree with them. But now, you have shown how ludicrously low you can
sink to, just to get a word in. :-)

Firstly, you are indirectly saying Ferguson is right by calling for an
imposition on imports of players into EPL clubs. He simply said that to
irritate Wenger and the legion of Arsenal supporters.

Secondly, you seemed to have switched your brain off while writing that,
forgetting the recent history of ARSENAL's success with the Imports which
you want to block now. Duh! Either that line is a joke, or you are.

Regards,
Anand

Mazlan,

STRICTLY NO VULGAR LANGUAGE allowed on the forum!!!

It's an even more OFFENSIVE thing to do, on any public forum like ours, than to just give one's opinion, no matter how negative.

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY VULGAR LANGUAGE in future.

Just a reminder to everyone as well on this. I have given guidelines on usage of language. Even if it's a vulgar word, it's okay but with first letter only + asterisks '*' to fill up the rest of the word (see how it is done in the email below).

We all can let go our emotions, but MUST RESPECT other subscribers to the forum.

Please Mind Your Language always!!!

Thank you.

Take care and God bless.
Regards,
Anand

p.s. in case some of you are wondering why no comments from our DHL friend in the past week, it's because action had already been taken following a couple of warnings he received on a matter of forum etiquette (not related to his personal opinions). He has not been banned, but you won't see his emails on the forum for the time being. Other than that, if he is writing directly to any of you, please reply him directly as well and don't cc the emails to the forum. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello,

Please see below for Bouldie's response to a Q&A session with
Arsenal.com

Comment about the Champions Youth Cup. As a Malaysian, I'm so ashamed
of the truth in what he said. Sigh. Bad officials, bad management all
around. No politician should ever be allowed to take charge of things
at FAM.

"Q: Looking at pre-season, what did you learn from taking the team to
Malaysia for the Champions Youth Cup?

A: The trip to Malaysia wasn't fantastic. The conditions, the
facilities and the pitches were all very poor. It was at the wrong
time of the year and we got stuck inbetween pre-season and we missed a
two-week period where we should have been doing other work and not
competing in a tournament. It was a useful experience, with regard the
players we played and the teams we faced, without a shadow of a doubt.
But it was at the wrong time of year. "

But honestly, even if the football people are there . . . it is the politicians who are in charge of the ministries who are at fault.

The sad part is that the Champions Youth Cup would have run anyway, because it was more a PR exercise by the Sports and Tourism ministry because of Visit Malaysia Year 2007.

The problem with sports ministry is that they are willing to spend RM17million for the rights to get the tournament held in Malaysia...but spend little to make the venues better. They expect each state to do that on their own! But each state no extra budget for that.

Gila glamour saja!

This govt doesn't really listen enough to the right people, that's the reality. Hope there can be some change to that situation. ;-)

Regards,
Anand
